Thanks, once I found the "options" pointed out to me by John S, I too am finding it very helpful. With over 78000 in my database and a humungous number of Marie, Joseph, Jean Baptiste, Pierre & Antoines it's a wonder I don't have a lot more duplicates than I do. None so far.
