You did not mention the brand or model, but Windows CE is not really Windows. It is an operating system for minimal computers such as Personal Data Assistants (PDAs) or "Pocket PCs". What you have is undoubtedly not a notebook computer, but at best a PDA or possibly a tablet. Dale H.     3. Windows CE is not Windows like most people know. It's usually used on dedicated devices like kiosk. Very doubtful that BK would ever run on CE.
