To Bill MacDonald Currently you can print the report with Odd or Even pages only, but currently the index prints without that option. One option is to print it and then Xerox one page on the back of the other. Another option is to only put 1 piece of paper in the printer and when it comes out, turn it over and put it back in to print the back side. A third option is to print to a PDF file and then have Adobe Reader print only the odd or even pages. (get a fee PDF driver from www.pdf995.com or somewhere else) You can reprint the index only by going to the report and picking File, Index Only Someday I may be able to get the index to print odd or even.
