Hi John: That is correct, basically to copy the picture/data/text files to a folder or folders. I would suggest just copying the files to a folder (one or more) and leaving the decision as to whether or not to zip the files up to the individual. My reasoning being that when I send these files along with the gedcom and have any hope of not exceeding my individual email size constraints on a message set by my server, that I would want to be able to be the one to make the decision on how to break up the files into chunks of files, probably zipped or at least compressed. Conversely, if there were only a few files involved maybe no compression is needed to send them email, again an individual decision. To Dave Bradshaw What do you mean by "copy the data files themselves to a list" Do you mean to copy the picture files to a special folder? Do you mean make a ZIP file containing the picture files?
