To Bob McKinley Before you print to PDF file, press ALT+F5 and BK will ask for the paper size. Then it will make a PDF file designed for that size paper. BUT It tells not the total size of the report but how many pages wide Whe we then push Alt+F5 we should have the reportsize som that we make a PDF in correct size -- Otto Jørgensen http://www.bkwin.info/ All email is checked by NORTON

Then it will make a PDF file designed for that size paper. [] But Bob says he has a CollAnc report over 10 feet long, which is larger than even A0 paper; most PDF drivers only allow standard sizes. Can't a simple plain text output _without page breaks at any size_ be generated, without necessarily needing to use a .pdf generator? (I use pdf995 too.) >From: "Bob McKinley" <gravehunter1@netzero.net> >To: <bk@rootsweb.com> >Sent: Monday, April 09, 2012 11:05 AM >Subject: [BK] Collapsed Ancestor Report > > >>I would like to e-mail a Collapsed Ancestor Report to my grandson, but the >>only output option is 'Print". I just ran a test using Open Office. I set the page format to Portrate and the size to 8.5" x 240". Then I saved it in PDF. The PDF File came out as a 20 foot banner (No, I didn't actually print it, but that is what it showed in Adobe) Jack On Mon, Apr 9, 2012 at 9:03 PM, J. P.
