While restoring data files from backup on a secondary computer, I had an error message saying 'Sharing Conflict'. The error message was connected to two separate documents and different individuals. After the restore completed successfully, I tested the specific documents and I did not see any problem. I have not seen anyone mention a Sharing Conflict before. To Tommy Michaels A Sharing Conflict happens if two programs have the same file open at the same time. Normally you can fix it if you stop and restart Windows. If it still happens, find out what file is being copied, and from where, and to where.
