Hi, A friend encountered a strange problem after getting a new PC. With Win10 and BK7.4, the backup to an external hard drive takes a lot more time than on his old one, yet the same backup to a flash drive works as fast as before. This combination of new PC + external drive works perfectly with all other programs, only the BK backup is affected. Any clue? Gilles Paquette
To Gilles Paquette I do not know what would cause the slow backup. If it does a backup without pictures and text and media files, does that go fast, or slow?
