BK 7.4.3 - Registered user hi All; I d/l my tree from Ancestry as a gedcom and am getting this error when I try to enter it into a new database in BK: "Bad File Name" error occurred at program location 3 I opened BK in Notepad but can't figure out which is location 3, nor what it should be. To Frances LaChance Location 3 is a "program" location that only I can use. Do NOT open your BK database with NotePad because that can damage the database. OK, did you have a blank empty BK database before you did the GEDCOM import?
