If we enter " into the location field, BK copies the location from the nearest above line that _is_ a location. Very handy! Like many genealogists, I spend a lot of time working backwards: for example, I find a marriage, then subsequently the baptism/christening (which I insert above the marriage, as I expect most people would). The baptism is often in the same place as the marriage - people moved about amazingly little, as a rule, certainly in England in 17xx. It would be handy to have a similar shortcut to copy the location of the event _below_, same as the event _above_. Not sure what character - maybe v ? (It'd also be handy if " [and v if implemented] worked in the date column too - I often have several "events" [e. g. height, eye colour, etc. from an identity document, or occupation and resided from a directory or census] with the same date, but I think I've asked for that before and there was a valid reason not to implement it, that I've forgotten.) -- J.
