Hi; I have used both Ancestry and FamilySearch in the past for researching extended family and have not experienced any unusual difficulties. However over the past two months my experience with FamilySearch has been very frustrating. I have found the response to queries to be very slow often to the point where my computer no longer responses. I am not sure if the problem is at my end or at their end and was wondering if any members on the list have had any issues in the same or similar way. I who appreciate any response good, bad or otherwise. Thanks for any feedback you can provide. Bill C.

If I use Internet Explorer for FamilySearch, a message comes up saying to use another browser. I use Chrome to access FamilySearch.
