    1. [BK] I can't escape the "Compute Relationships" screen

    3. I've just confirmed that Henry Young Mitchell is the 4th great Grandfather of (me). So I click the "Cl_o_se" button (or use Alt-o). The button moves in and out, but that's all that happens. I try the X at the top right - same (button presses but that's all). I try File, Close - nothing happens. (I expected to be taken back to the edit screen.) The Preview button works, giving me a preview of a printed page. Close from _that_ gets me back to the Compute Relationships screen. But I still can't get out of it. This happens not infrequently when I use the Compute Relationships screen - but not always. I don't know what triggers this behaviour. I'm going to have to crash BK (via Task Manager) to get out. OK, done that. Going back in, so I can tell you what version: 7.0.49; running on XP SP3. I'll just try the CR screen again: still works - but this time Close brought me back to Edit. Oops, some flashing of screens: I'm back in the CR screen again - and this time, I can't get out again. -- J. P. Gilliver.
