Sources I have 'Title', 'Actual text for this citation', 'Page / Reel number' boxes ticked for printing in all my filled in Sources. In Group Report is there any way to print just the 'Title' and 'Page / reel number'? Is there a facility to do group Unclick of the 'Actual Text for this citation'? I just want in this case to have just the 'Title' and the 'Page / reel number' and maybe the 'Quality of Data'. I do not want to have to Unclick all the 'Actual text for this citation' for each source. By the way I am still on BK6 but thinking of the move to BK7. To John Cotter I do not have a way to unclick a field for all sources. If the field is blank, it will not print of course, even if it is checked.
