To Michael Cant It is hard to say exactly what is causing the error. If you set the number of generations to 3 do you still get the error? If you change the Box width (name width) to larger or smaller, do you still get the error? If you want me to find out what the problem is exactly, you can send me private email with a compressed backup of your database and information on which person and which options you are using for the box chart. Or you could do a Split Database of just the descendants of that person to make a smaller database and send that.
