Jude, I might suggest naming your files "Crandall-Willard-obituary.txt", etc. Then if you look at your files with Explorer or some such program, the file for each person will be grouped together alphabetically by surname.     3. Thanks for that hint and will try to remember to do that. I wish I had found you guys 20+ years because I have a lot of info and didn't always do it the best way. Can you change a file name on your computer rather than through BK?
