However, I think we're not quite understanding what Bob means by "collate", and/or what he wants to do with the resulting, er, collation. If it's just grouping together things at the same location, then there is a report that does that - "Locations with events" I think it's called. (If you want things in the same, say, town to group together, then you have to just put the town in the location and, say, the street name and house number in the event notes - that's what I do, anyway.
