[] Unlike most Windows prog.s, BK doesn't always show Help in the menu - you have to be in the main screen. Once you know which version you've got, go to "recent changes" on the BK website, where you'll find what the latest version is (as well as what the changes are between versions back for several months, I think since the major version came out). -- J.
