The only other thing I can think of where selecting "print" prints immediately, where the only way to change where it prints being to use a setup section beforehand, is the original Notepad. (I'm not even sure if even that still prints immediately when you select print, from Windows 7 on, though it does in XP for those still using the default Notepad rather than an improved substitute such as Notepad+.)
