    3. To Fran L A normal search is by first name and last name. It is fast because names are indexed that way. If you can not find the person that way, then go to Lists, Word Search Then search for Jeannine AND Surname Then it will find her even if Jeannine is her middle name. The word search is slower, because it has to read every person in the database, not just the index.
