    3. Charles When you are on the Alpha report screen have you looked under the file menu on the left and see that on option is to save as a txt file? Jim -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Charles Dobie via Sent: Wednesday, March 04, 2015 7:56 PM To: John Steed; [email protected] Subject: Re: [BK] print all data (plus a request) John and LIst, I had really good luck with selecting 1 (BK code), then 31 (start another line) then 86. This gave me the BK code at the start of every item. I discovered many neglected people in my database whose marriages I hadn't recorded and I had listed their spouses as "unknown" or "?". Which leads to my request -- my preview of the alphabetical report is over 280 pages, but there is no way to save it as a text file. There is no way I'm going to print it on paper just for a few names. So, could it either be saved as a text or rtf file, or could the preview page be detached from the main BK program so the BK database can be updated? That way one could flip back and forth between the main BK edit screens and the [trbore report. Thanks, Charlie Dobie.
