I apologise that this has been asked in the past but may I have a quick answer again please? If, in the Name field, you wish to list a person with his or her prefix (Dr., Rev., Gen.. Ald., Lady, e.g.), how is this done so that the person is still found (Find F3) with their first and last name? For example, I have one James Adams in my database. I have prefixed his name in the Name field with "(Rev)." but he is not found with Find F3 as "James Adams". If as often happens you have a long list of people all with the same forename and surname, it helps to find the one you are looking for if, first, they are listed and, second, their prefixes are listed too.
