    3. John,   Ok on the Administrator Rights.  I had done it thinking it might help my other problems I was having.   My data folder is at:  C:\Users\Patty|Dropbox\Genealogy\BK7 Main File\   I've had this laptop with Win8 since Dec 2012.  I've been using BK6 and then BK7 since it looks like I downloaded the program in April.  I only recently switched from Win8.0 to Win8.1.  Rather Windows did the update for me.  I didn't have a choice.   I haven't had all these problems until just recently.  I was using the program a lot back in October/November for this person I've been trying to get new reports printed for and I wasn't having these problems then and I was printing the same reports.   We just replaced our desktop computer with a Win8.1 system last week.  So, I can't even use another computer to see if Win8.1 is my problem.   Patty ----- Original Message ----- From: "John Steed" <[email protected]> To: "geneamom" <[email protected]>, [email protected] Sent: Sunday, February 15, 2015 8:16:56 PM Subject: Re: [BK] can't print To Patty (geneamom) If you do not want it to ask permission every time you start BK then turn OFF the Administrator Rights. When you start BK, what is the name of your Data folder at the bottom of the main screen? If that Data folder is in the wrong place, then BK might not be able to save your options for reports. Is the data folder C:\Brother's Keeper 7\Data\ or what exactly?
