To follow up on my previous post I should say that I was using BK Version 7.1.2 and that I did re index the data. I have gone to the BK site and tried to upgrade to Version 7.1.3. It seemed to go through ok, at least I followed all the prompts and it seemed to download and install ok. However, when I start BK again and check the Help, it shows I’m still on Version 7.1.2 and the problem described before remains. I have restarted the computer but that didn’t change anything.
