To Carole Caruso Press F3 before you select people to keep the same BK number I do not have a list of all function keys. I normally add a special function key for things that most people do not need, but some people may need (something someone suggested in the past that I thought most people did not need). If a lot of people need something, I normally make it a visible option on the screen. Maybe I should make "keep the same BK number" a visible option. However it might cause problems if there are 5000 people in the database, and they select 100 people and then the database has 4900 empty records in it. So I sometimes make things not visible to keep problems from happening.
