    1. Re: [BK] error message
    2. John, a shut-down and restart seems to have done the trick. I did a backup and it went through correctly. FYI, I was backing up to an external Iomega hard drive, connected through a USB port. Trying to shut down I had clicked to backup, the first file came up and the process stopped with the 68 error. Clicking again brought up the second file and the 68 error again. Same thing with the remaining files except that after the last file the message showed that the backup was successful. Error 68 means it did not copy that file. Try stopping the computer and restarting the computer. Then start BK and try making a backup. If you still get error 68 tell me what you are backup up to? CD-R or USB flash drive or what exactly? Also when you get error 68, tell me one file name that it can not copy. Where is that file currently located?
