BK 6.5.2 Windows 7 64 bit When I last did a backup (to an external hard drive) I got an error message 68. However, repeatedly clicking the mouse moved me through the list of files (getting the error 68 each time) but at the end I got the message that the backup was complete. Do I have a problem?
To David Youse Yes, you may have a problem. Error 68 means it did not copy that file. Try stopping the computer and restarting the computer. Then start BK and try making a backup. If you still get error 68 tell me what you are backup up to? CD-R or USB flash drive or what exactly? Also when you get error 68, tell me one file name that it can not copy. Where is that file currently located?
