    1. [BK] Source footnotes in reports

    3. I'm using BK 6.5.3. When I preview an indented descendant report, the source footnotes are what I would call "efficiently" organised, with every reference to the same source given the same reference number. However, when I save that report as an rtf file, each reference to a source is given a new number, so the list of footnotes is very much longer, with multiple references to the same source. The same thing happens with a register report. Presumably this is because I might choose to print the source footnotes at the foot of each page, rather than all at the end. But I usually put everything at the end, and with a big report the list of source footnotes can become overwhelmingly long. Is there any way, John, that there could be an option to retain the "efficient" list of sources in an rtf file? Thanks, Howard
