To John Bibby Where do you want to see that brief descriptor? On the Edit screen? On the printed reports? Which reports? If you are not using the Ref Number field, you can put something in the Description field for that Ref Number event and it will show on a lot of reports and on the Edit screen. I was meaning on the edit screen. (The problem I have is flicking through 4-7 people some of whom may be duplicates or part-duplicates. I need to identify which are which, and also to see what the totality of information is so I can put it all on one record.)
