To Betty Young Bray Do not pick the option to have each generation in a separate file unless you need to because one file is too large to load into your word processor. If you have a problem with one large RTF file tell me what the problem is with doing that. If you must have separate files, you need to make a "Master" file in your word processor and attach all the other files to that and then make the index and endnotes.
