    3. If you are using OO.o, then why not send the file to Open O, and format the page to a length of 600" or so? That would work. Then, save as a PDF. 1. [BK] source quality - show more?
    2. J. P. Gilliver (John)
    3. Could the quality rating - just as a digit, not the whole wordy description - be added to the table of sources? Also, when on the source list, and "add the previous source" (and "add the previous source and page", where applicable) is offered, where what the previous source (and page if ...) is shown, could it also show the quality? That page has plenty of room. As usual, minor requests, only if easy to do! -- J. P. Gilliver. 3. I'm wanting to create a csv list of a complete database showing various fields, including spouse name and "resided". Is there any way of forcing the list to include more than just the first spouse (in cases of multiple marriages) and more than just the first entry for "resided" when they moved around a bit? At the moment only the first one shows up each time, as far as I can see. I think it would need a new line in the list for each of the multiple occurences, or possibly extra columns (resided 1, resided 2 etc) to cope. Howard -- Howard Slatter Cambridge, England

    3. If you use CutePDF, the output will not be one long banner. Once the pages are printed, 1a 1b, 1c, 2a, 2b, 2c etc, your grandson will have to match the pages in the proper order and tape them together. I do this all the time. 1. [BK] "you have made changes to this source"
    2. J. P. Gilliver (John)
    3. I went to add source, typed 1, and selected "1851 census" from my list, and it came up. However, I must have caught a key or something, because when I went to close, I got "you have made changes to this source" - three buttons, make global change, make changes for this person only, and cancel. Cancel keeps me where I am, so I _had_ to choose one of the other buttons to get out of that screen. Not wanting to make any change that I'd made a global one, I said for this person only. Now, I have _two_ sources, both called "1851 census"; I can't see any difference between them if I call them up (presumably one of them has an extra space in one field or something), and I don't know which is the one that only has this one link on it. Obviously I want to delete one of them, without losing links ... help? -- J. P. Gilliver. 3. Hi Jack. Yes, I would like to receive the step-by-step procedure on how it's done then I can decide if it's something I could myself. Bill -----Original Message----- From: Jack Ray Sent: Saturday, March 31, 2012 8:25 AM To: bk@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [BK] Non BK Issue I agree. Find a tech that can clean the registry. If you really want to do it on your own, e-mail me. I will give you the step-by-step, but it can be dangerous if you hit the wrong file.
