    3. To John Cullom Sometimes the drive is too big and BK gets confused. The solution is when you are on the backup screen and before you start the backup press the F4 key on your keyboard and it will pop up a message saying that it will ignore the disk full problem. Then do the backup. 3. To Fran (singer35) The BKAUDIT.TXT file is located in the folder where your data is located (unless your data is located in Dropbox) >From the main BK screen pick File, Re-Index database and click the button there to reindex. If you have some locations called REUSE them perhaps you had a few missing locations before you converted from version 6 to 7 If you see REUSE for a location on the Edit screen, I suggest you blank out that location, then Close edit and them come back to Edit and it should be gone. After it is gone, then you can type in the correct location name. 3. Since updating to BK 7.0.50 I have been getting strange things happening. I can't find BKAUDIT on my computer (it is checked in options). For some reason. don't ask me why, one or two - or more? locations have been changed to "REUSE". I have a backup from last week, but I have added about 30 people, and made several changes to some of over 80,000 people since then. I am going to restart my computer, d/l BK again and reload - but I've done some of that already and nothing changes. Thanks for any help. 3. John As we know BK is a great programme, maybe even ahead of it's time .. So 5TB may be too small in a couple of years .. I remember using a Z80 chipped machine with huge memory, 256kb. Then later I bought a pc with a huge 10MB disk drive. I imagine the issue is simply that John Steed and crew have not yet worked with the specs for your new 'small drive', so the programme may not be able to ascertain the drive size. Interesting to find out what the issue may be ... Regards John Bright with a wide grin...

    3. If you use two computers sharing a dropbox, you must always close BK on one before opening it on the other. That is, do NOT have BK open on two different computers simultaneously. Because BK closes all files ONLY upon a complete exit, you may end up with a conflicted version -- especially of BKperson.
