His death notice also states the same information. I have found no listings for his parents. There are a number of Bittingers in Armstrong Co., but so far I can not connect John Bittinger who married Sarah Schrecengost and than Catherine Jubee Bargerstock Neal(widow of Robert Neal)to the Cornelius Bittinger family. My connect to the Bittingers is thru Catherine Jubee Bargerstock Neal. I also have Ida May Bittinger married to Joshua Galbraith. James Clyde Bittinger married to Nancy Jane Galbraith. This is my Galbraith family. Also my daughter in law is related to the Henry Bittinger family of Armstrong & Allegheny Co.,Pa. Will share what information I have on this family.
