In the booklet she states that Adam Büdinger (Bittinger) was a native of the village of Dorschel in the principality of Lichtstien near Strasburg. Your letter states that Adam was born in Ottwiller, and his wife was born in Durstel. Some trees say Adam was from Alsace. They were German speaking.
