Below a copy from the Wirral Archives site http://www.wirral-libraries.net/archives/cemetery.htm These records were filmed by the Genealogical Society of Utah, from the records held by Metropolitan Borough of Wirral, at Landican Cemetery, in Summer 2001. The records include burial registers and grave registers, which include details of grave ownership. In these grave registers, only the left hand page is filmed as the right hand page of the register includes personal details of living individuals. Such information is governed by the Data Protection Act. Burial registers provide details as follows: Date of burial; age; rank or profession; abode, mode of burial (i.e..whether a public grave);grave number and by whom the ceremony was performed. Grave registers provide details as follows: Section; grave number; class; depth; date of interment; number of interment in grave;depth of burial; age;name; whether cremated remains , for each burial. The records include the following cemeteries; Bebington; Bebington Borough, Plymyard; Eastham;Hoylake and West Kirby UDC, Grange; Wallasey; Frankby; Landican; Flaybrick.
