Hello all, My research has brought me to this list. Willie BEAUMONT lived in Ashton under Lyne in 1906 where he is named as a Solicitor's Clerk on my grandmother's birth cert. Mother Lizzie Maria BEAUMONT (formerly LAMBERT) By 1908 their 2nd child Doreen Muriel was born. At this time they were living at 10 Lathom Avenue, Liscard. William is still a Solicitor's Clerk at this time. In 1912 their 3rd child Beryl was born. They now lived at 52 Canterbury Road, Wallasey. William is now an Estate Agent. Their 4th child was also born at the same address in 1915. My question to the list is does anyone have access to Directories which may list William? It may well be that he worked for someone else. I know that by the end of the decade he was running a business in London. What school(s) are the children likely to have attended? Thanks very much in advance for your assitance.
