Listers, It dawned on me yesterday when some reminded me that my great aunt Susan FARRALL traveled internationally and made several visits to the USA. Ellis Island even noted that she passed through there in 1903. This is the person who lived in Oxton and has no official (or unofficial) birth record. Does anyone have any experience in obtaining old British Passport information? I would think that one would have to list their date and place birth, as well as parental information. Has anyone request this type of information and was it worth the effort? It would seem that this would be a good source of family biographical information. Thanks. John Farrall Burke, Virginia
