I feel that this proposal is misguided and ill conceived. I have waited 6 years for this 1901 census information to become available, a couple more months is not going to make a great deal of difference. Web based technology is still in its infancy and consequently errors in judgement have been made, at least the project has not been abandoned which would have been the obvious and perhaps the most cost effective solution.
