Anita Don't give up - I'm in the YUKON in Canada and trying to look for a family in Tranmere/or/Birkenhead..It is amazing how little pieces show up..Have you tryed a mailing list using the surname?? Maybe someone else is researching same family surname.     3. Hello Heather, If you don't mind me asking, were in the Yukon are you ? I was born in Mayo Landing Yukon. I see by your email address you may be close to Marsh Lake ? near Carcross. If so that mail coach that sits there, my Grandfather used to deliver mail from Dawson to Whitehorse . This was my mothers family BREADEN.( Also from Wales ) And they spent much time with the steamer boats up and down the Yukon River. They have a lot of history up there. My fathers family come from Birkenhead, Hoylake, Cheshire. and Liverpool. What a small world this really is.
