St. James's Church - on a triangle of Stanley Road and Stewart Street Birkenhead. My family live there in the 1870's at no. 32G. There is a lovely book available from Birkenhead Library by Bill Houldin entitled Up Our Lobby about life at Dock Cottages between 1915 and 1938. I hope this helps. Perhaps some more knowledgeable lister will give you the exact location of Dock Cottages as my map of Dock Cottages is quite old and in parts unreadable! I hope this helps.
