Listers, For saeveral months now I have been unsuccessful in trying to locate the marriage record of my great uncle John Farrall to Ada Hall in c. 1908 - 1910. In the absence of GRO records, it has been suggested that they may have gone to Gretna Green to get married. Does anyone have knowledge of any record keeping practices for marriages at Gretna Green?
