    3. I have just heard the very sad news that Emlyn Hughes has died aged 57 years, having suffered from a brain tumour. Emlyn Hughes had played for Liverpool from 1967 to 1979. He had a great personality, and wicked sense of humour. There will be some tears tonight. There will be a minutes silence at the match on Wednesday. As the Liverpool List is out of action at the moment, I thought I would post this sad news on our Birkenhead List. Helen
