Hi Margaret, According to the Cheshire parish register project at http://www.cheshireparish.man.ac.uk/ There is a Sarah Ann Peers bp 4 July 1841, to George and Mary Peers at Neston. That would be about the right age is she marrried in 1860 ish. http://www.cheshirebmd.org.uk/ gives 2 possible entries for this. Hope this helps. I don't think there is a connection to our Peers families.
