Hi Pat, his marriage certificate, if he married in England, will give the name and occupation of his father. I always try to get that before I look for birth records. Hi Kathy, Nice to hear from you, and yes a kind person found their Marriage at New Forest Hamp. I had tried to find it and I never had success, it just shows you new eyes find new things.
