Dear Walter. Looking through your christian names, Jane interests me. My gt gt grandmother was Jane Jones, she married James Peacock < Liverpool. They had my gt grandmother Eliza Jane who married John Dwerryhouse in 1873 at St Nicholas, Liverpool. Jane however, had a second marriage after the death of her first husband James Peacock, and she married William Blackstock, would you know if she is the same Jane Jones that is on your tree ?Sincerely. Barbara in New Zealand. ----- Original Message ----- From: "WALTER JONES" <alsrecs@btopenworld.com> To: <birkenhead@rootsweb.com> Sent: Sunday, November 19, 2006 12:32 PM Subject: Re: [BIRKENHEAD] New Subscriber - Elizabeth Jones 1836 > Hello Dave, > As you say JONES is a common name, and I'm afraid my > Elizabeth was the Daur. of John, 1801. and Agnes Hutchinson, 1803. and > they had, Mary, Isabella, William, Agnes, Joseph, John, Edward, > Eliza, and Jane. > Sorry I can't be more helpful, but wish you Luck in your > quest. > > Regards, Walter. > > > David Goodwin <david.goodwin55@ntlworld.com> wrote: > > Hi Walter. > > Don't know whether they are the same as it is a very common name. > > I have a Elizabeth Evans 18/5/1836 Wallasey as a dau of William 16/9/1810 > Wallasey and Mary Sherlock 15/8/1814 West Kirby. > > They had chn - > > Ann 1839, John 1842, > Stanley 1845, Mary Elizabeth 1849, > William Garner 1851, Margaret 1853. > > If any of these names match please advise. > > Regards > > Dave > > ------------------------------- > To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to > BIRKENHEAD-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the > quotes in the subject and the body of the message > > > > ------------------------------- > To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to > BIRKENHEAD-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the > quotes in the subject and the body of the message > > > ------------------------------- > To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to > BIRKENHEAD-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the > quotes in the subject and the body of the message
