Tom WIth 2 present day pubs on Price Street,the stork at no.41 and the Pacific at no.476, I would put the Westminster around the junction with Park Street, but it obviously went many moons ago. There is no trace now. Birkenhead Central Library is very good in this respect and the helpful Reference Dept. would probably e-mail you some info. about it.
