Dear All I was looking for information regarding Westminster Buildings but back in 1853 my gg grandfather was a SADDLER and in the Historical Dir it states William Kerr Saddler at Westminster Buildings Chester St but also Victualler 28 Mersey St. Was Westminster Buildings back in the 1800's a big building and what was at 28 Mersey St ?
