Can anybody tell me if there is an accessable record of casualties in Birkenhead of the May Blitz in 1941. Doug
This is a comprehensive list of Civilian War Casualties attachment on the War Graves Commission Site. You will have to view each local area individually by clicking on the Civilian War dead Roll. I have a list of names and addresses from a Home Front project I did last year if you have problems. I think there is a Book of Remberance at either Wallasey Town Hall or the Wirral Archives in the old Birkenhead Town Hall Regards Tony Barratt ----- Original Message ----- From: "Doug" <d.s.mason@btinternet.com> To: <BIRKENHEAD-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, March 06, 2006 9:35 PM Subject: May Blitz 1941 > Can anybody tell me if there is an accessable record of casualties in > Birkenhead of the May Blitz in 1941. > Doug > > ______________________________
