Everyone, I want to thank all those listers who provided support and information regarding the acquisition of certificates. I have a lot to sort out to determine the best course of action. It is nice to have such a very supportive group out there. I have learned some local history and have been provided unique instruction in "English" language terminology, which we tend to forget or ignore here in America. The Admin folks of both the Birkenhead and Cheshire sites are to be commended. I have not found any other county or "shire" that is as progressive as Cheshire.
