Hello To All, I am open to suggestions for finding my COX family address for the years 1920 to 1931. I would also very much like to find some or their descendents. Two very kind people have looked up the COX name references in the 1891 Birkenhead Census for me, but my COX family who were all born in Leicester, were not listed. I looking for a Mary Ann b1855 in Leicester married to William Hodgkins COX. There were 2 children, W.H.K. COX b1875 Leic and Francis C. COX b1878 Leicester. (as in the 1881 census of Leicester) As far as I can ascertain, Mary Ann COX was living in Birkenhead in 1920 and at least until 1931 when her brother, Edwin KILBY died in Vancouver Canada. Mary Ann COX of Birkenhead was named as a beneficiary. When a sister Alice KILBY died in Vancouver Canada in 1931, there was no mention of Mary Ann COX in the obituary. Perhaps Mary Ann COX died between 1931 and 1934? I am trying to establish a link between this COX family and Anna ANDERSON who was born in Birkenhead in 1859. Anna ANDERSON married William BOYLE of St Helens Lancashire, and they were my G. Grandparents. Any help would be appreciated. Anne.
