Good Morning One and All I have discovered a fairly convincing connection through the CHESHIRE PARISH REGISTER PROJECT (for whom 3 rousing cheers,) to the RYDER family of GREAT NESTON going back to around 1752 and beyond. The Ryders at Neston married WILBRAHAM, PRI(T)CARD, GREEN, and MATTHEWS amongst others. There were other RYDER families at BIDSTON, WEST KIRBY, MORETON etc who may turn out to be related and the line goes back in one form or another to the mid 16th century. Is anyone else out there descended from any of these or related families, such as the URMSON, or LYON families? If so please get in touch. Many thanks John
