Hello All as I am a newcomer to the list can anyone assist me in finding any old photographs of Borough Rd my Hyamson family lived at 249 and 410 I know they lived there in 1891 as they are on the census for that year many of the Grandchildren of James & Elizabeth Hyamson nee Forth were born there , James was a master french polisher on census forms but on his death certificate for 1893 at 410 borough rd he was said to be a master mariner of the merchant service , and he is also said to be herbalist also what would the nearest cemetery be and church I think they were C/E any help would be most welcome . Joyce you could try the library in Borough rd Birkenhead for your photo's also the cemetery would more than likely be Flaybrick the records of that cemetery are on film at the wirral archives Birkenhead. tel Library 0151 652 6106 Wirral Archives 0151 666 3901. hope this helps barbara Terrace Northwich Cheshire.
